Orders under $70 are charged a flat rate of $3.99.
Bulky & heavy items are charged based on weight and delivery location.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES - EXCLUDES PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SALE PERIODS

During normal work hours, Monday-Friday once your order is dispatched:

Auckland - overnight delivery
North Island - 1-2 days 
South Island - 1-2 days (2 days for larger parcels) 
Rural addresses - will take longer than the above stated timeframes 

Neither Courier Post nor NZ Muscle is liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after delivery. Select non-signature at your own risk.

*Items marked as bulky (eg weights) are charged shipping based on weight.

SHIPPING DURING SALES PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

If you make a purchase during one of our sales or over holiday periods, firstly thank you! Please understand, due to high demand it is highly likely there will be dispatch delays of 2-3 working days + shipping time. We strongly suggest you upgrade your shipping at checkout if you need your order in a hurry. Unfortunately, once your order is placed we cannot change the shipping method. 

UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING

EVENING EXPRESS AUCKLAND & WELLINGTON

Auckland $13.00 - Order before 2:30pm
Wellington $18.00 - Order before 10:30am

Evening Express is avilable Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and your order will be delivered between 6-9pm that evening. This shipping option will only be displayed for valid addresses at check-out. 

If ordering on the weekend, your parcel will be shipped the next business day for delivery that evening. If there is no one home to sign for the parcel or it can't be left in a safe place, your pacel will via transferred to the depot for standard NZ Post delivery.

SOUTH ISLAND OVERNIGHT - $15

$15 per shipment - order before 3:00pm for delivery overnight Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays (rural addresses will take longer). If you place an order after 3pm on Thursday, your order would be delivered the following Monday.

PRIORITY DISPATCH

Jump the queue and ensure your order gets packed and dispatched ahead of the pack for $10 (Sunday-Friday excluding public holidays). Your order will be prioritised by a dedicated team member for packing and dispatch in record time. Please note, delivery is via CourierPost standard delivery - signature required (please note this is not express shipping). This option is great during sale and holiday periods!

FREE CLICK & COLLECT - AUCKLAND ONLY 

• NZ Muscle 187 Queen Street, Auckland - 7 days
• NZ Muscle HQ 58 Apollo Drive, Rosedale, Auckland - Monday to Friday between 10am-5pm (excluding public holidays)

Queen Street click and collect orders require 2-4 business days to process.  Your order is ready to collect once it is marked "Arrived in store". All orders need to be placed online prior to collection. Select your click and collect location at check-out. 

BULKY ITEMS

Items such as gym equipment incur additional freight charges based on weight and delivery location. These will be shipped via our freight forwarders and will take longer to deliver due to the size of the goods being shipped. These items are unable to be freighted via plane. Unfortunately as these are manual bookings it is not always possible to provide tracking numbers. If you require an update on the shipment of a bulky item, please contact us at sales@nzmuscle.co.nz with your order number.
