In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods, please send photos of the issue and your order number to email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Refunds are only provided for faulty products (where the fault is not specified on the product listing). We do not refund for change of mind purchases.
If you have incorrectly received an item, please send your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of receiving your order. We'll organise for the item to be returned and replaced free of charge. Incorrect items must remain unopened and in original sellable condition.
